I enjoy the limitations of hardware, so I built a small setup dedicated to this album, and I performed and recorded the album live. Many, if not all the tracks on this album started at the piano and then got "converted" and programmed into the sequencer I used. I had set multiple variations and sections, and I performed the sequences and parts live, following the sound and its motion.
